Terms Of BusinessUnless otherwise agreed in writing, in the event that one or more CVs are attached in an email, then they are disclosed to you on a confidential basis with a view to you entering into a contract with us for the supply of the services of the individual concerned. Accordingly, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we may have, you agree to pay us a fee at our prevailing rates for introducing the candidate, in the event that you engage the candidate within the next 12 months either directly or indirectly.
